Buckeye Award Winners Announced from Penn State Game
The Ohio State Buckeyes football coaching staff has named returner Ray Small as the special teams player of the week for his efforts against Penn State last week.

Outstanding play against Penn State recognized
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State football coaching staff has selected its weekly award winners for outstanding play in Saturday’s 24-7 Big Ten victory at Penn State.
Defensive lineman Cameron Heyward, with 11 tackles, two sacks and three TFL, is the defensive player of the week. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor, with two touchdown passes and a TD rush, is the offensive player of the week. Ray Small, with seven punt returns for 130 yards, is the player of the week on the special units.
Jake Ballard was named as the Jim Parker lineman of the week. Thaddeus Gibson received the Attack Force award on defense. The Jack Tatum big hit of the week has not been decided.
Players of the week on the scout teams: Jack Mewhort (offense); Dalton Britt (defense); James Georgiades (special units).
No. 8 Ohio State (8-2/5-1) hosts No. 13 Iowa (9-1/5-1) Saturday in a 3:30 p.m. game that will be televised by ABC.
