BENGALS PRACTICE SQUAD MOVES
The Bengals today made the following practice squad moves:
New Bengals DB Mike Mickens (Scout.com)
*Signed CB Mike Mickens, a rookie from the University of Cincinnati. Mickens (6-1, 190) is from Dayton, Ohio (Wayne High School). He was a seventh-round selection by Dallas in the 2009 draft (227th overall). He was with the Cowboys in preseason, and was waived on Sept. 6. He was on the Dallas practice squad until Nov. 3, when he was signed to Tampa Bay’s 53-player roster. He was inactive for the Bucs for three games and was waived on Nov. 25.
*Released CB Antonio Smith, a second-year player from Ohio State. Smith had been signed to the practice squad on Nov. 24.
