Michigan Announces Two Year Hiatus in Notre Dame Rivalry; Will Play First Thursday Night Game in School History Against Utah in 2015

DETROIT – Part of modern college football is seizing opportunities and Michigan hasn’t hesitated under AD Dave Brandon.

That was clear Wednesday when the school announced its upcoming football schedule with the first Thursday night game in school history traveling to Utah to open the 2015 season on Sept. 3, 2015.

It is the second game of a home and home series that will start at Michigan Stadium in 2014.
