- New York Giants OT David Diehl
NEW YORK (AP) – New York City police say New York Giants starting OT David Diehl has been charged with driving while intoxicated.
Police say they got calls about a vehicle accident in Queens around 8:45 p.m. Sunday.
When they got there, they found a BMW had struck several parked cars along 35th Avenue.
They say Diehl was behind the wheel. He was charged after a Breathalyzer test allegedly showed he was above the legal limit.
